About us:
In our enterprise we decided to be quite polyvalent, and each person is assigned to the head of a department but also each employee is under the responsibility of a head department manager.
We stated that the management of Hertz company will be spitted equally between the five of us.
To have good communication in the group, we have elected Titouan Rey has the project manager of Hertz Enterprise. His role is to manage the team, communicate with the teachers, to give information’s on the project, the group work and how the group itself feels and work
Marius Hautbout gets supervision of the B2B relationships, Maéva Savignat of the communication, Louis Vieville of the R&D department and Benjamin Heilpern in the Supply-chain management department.
Each of this entity got its own responsibilities and deadlines. Each week, we are doing a meeting, in order to follow up on the advancement of Hertz Enterprise.
